WHICH OF OUR CHARACTERS ARE YOU?
When we watch films, we often find ourselves connecting with certain characters without even trying. Maybe it is the way they speak, how they react to things, or the kind of choices they make. Sometimes, when a character does something we would probably do in that same situation, we smile and say, “This is so me.” Other times, when a character behaves in a way that is completely different from us, we shake our heads and say, “This person no resemble me.” This is how films pull us in by making us see parts of ourselves in the stories. We may not always notice it, but we have all, at one point or another, imagined ourselves in the place of a character. Today, we want you to do it consciously. Let us take a moment to meet five of our animated characters. If you have watched any of these short stories, the names will sound familiar. If you haven’t, no problem. 1. Amanirenas
In Amanirenas: The Kush Empire and The Samos Peace Treaty
She is bold, strong-willed, and full of courage. Amanirenas stood toe-to-toe with the Roman Empire and refused to let her people be disrespected. Are you the type of person who speaks up for others, does not back down from challenges and leads with fire in your chest? You just might be Amanirenas.
2. Anansi
Anansi is clever, witty, and always thinking two steps ahead. He does not use force, he uses his mind. If you are someone who knows how to talk your way out of trouble, come up with smart ideas, or playfully get what you want, Anansi might be your match.
3. Apedemak

Although we are yet to introduce the character of Apedemak in the series, we did a character reveal on our Instagram page where we mentioned that Apedemak is a god of war and guardian of kings, embodying divine power and quiet intensity. His presence commands respect, blending majesty with primal strength. So, if you carry strength quietly and guide others by your actions, you might see yourself in Apedemak.
4. Peter
Peter is passionate and brave with a sincere heart. If you are someone who feels deeply and always tries to do the right thing, then maybe you are Peter.
5. The Ethiopian Treasurer

This man is thoughtful and open-minded. He is curious, hungry for truth, and not afraid to change when he finds something meaningful. If you are someone who loves to reflect, learn, and grow, then you might be most like the Ethiopian Treasurer.
